If you need yours replaced, complete the on-line claim form so we can start the process of getting your pedals in the store - we will let you know when the arrive so we can get them installed.
As a bonus when we install those new pedals, Trek is giving you a $20 in-store credit (expires 12/31/21, no cash value.)
